Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Must be results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication, diplomacy and discretion, plus customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills; sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes without current coverage.
• Preplans to achieve sales and merchandising objectives; reviews pricing and product programming monthly.
• Maintains product levels by inventory checks and restocking shelves (where legal).
• Ensures brand visibility with effective point-of-sale materials when appropriate.
• Delivers products, handles customer issues, and refers concerns to management as needed.
• May assist with payments depending on market; extended route coverage in some cases.
• Aims to meet distribution, volume, and activity goals set by management.
• Completes surveys to ensure national account compliance where applicable.
