Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders to support revenue, volume and gross profit.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on LOS, marketing promotions, and plans to ensure strong execution scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and handles returns/damaged goods.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products; coordinates with vendors for merchandising.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, proactive pricing, and awareness of opportunities.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities and communicates them while maintaining safe working practices.
