Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Fallston, MD is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order, and display products on pre-set routes. You will partner with store personnel to generate orders and implement promotions while following all quality guidelines.

The successful candidate will manage shelf display, coordinate with marketing on POS materials, and maintain back-room organization. A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and customer relations drives our daily operations.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repetitively).

• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and promotions to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; handles returns of pallets and damaged goods.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelf; rotates merchandisers and checks vendor operations.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, proactive pricing, and discussions on opportunities.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities; communicates impacts and executes duties safely.
