Vestis is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong relationships with customers while meeting sales growth goals in Ocala, FL. You will operate a step van, deliver products, verify vehicle maintenance, and work toward route profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 21+ years old with a valid license, strong customer service, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work independently to solve problems and develop new business opportunities on your daily route.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with diverse client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services or generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads/prospects, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
