Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude and ability to generate new business is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently for timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per policy and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to improve profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate pricing, policies, and services clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
• Follow safety practices and work policies.
