Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong customer relationships and exceed sales goals across a designated route. You will operate a step van, manage daily delivery activities, and support a growing book of business while maintaining accurate records and promoting service excellence.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid license, and demonstrated customer service and math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal points/violations in the last three years.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and think quickly to solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Loads/unloads product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads/prospects, call on prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and communicate these to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
• Take responsibility for personal safety and adhere to safe work practices.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the activities enumerated above.
