Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of client contacts.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily preventive maintenance of vehicle and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for completeness and accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads/prospects, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and communicate these to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
