In this role you will operate a step van, manage daily routes, review invoices, and develop new business leads. A valid driver's license, good driving record, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with regular customer contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and quickly solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in assigned area to serve clients.
• Verify daily preventive maintenance of the vehicle and maintain required documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Load/unload products per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Understand services, policies, and pricing, and clearly communicate them to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Prioritize personal safety and follow all safety practices.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of activities.
