Vestis seeks a Route Sales Support Driver to build solid relationships with customers and exceed sales growth goals. You will safely operate a step van, manage daily routes, and provide excellent service while promoting company products and policies.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid license with a clean record, and strong math/computer skills. You will develop leads, close new accounts, and maintain professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with diverse client contact.
• Strong math skills and basic computer skills.
• Sales experience or demonstrated ability to generate new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and resolve customer concerns quickly.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a step van in the designated area to serve diverse clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation up to date.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Load/unload products per policies and guidelines.
• Review daily invoices for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and drive route growth to boost profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and promptly address issues.
• Follow safety practices and use necessary tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties within the scope of these activities.
