Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by delivering superior customer service and selling across routes. Reports to the District Manager and works full-time to cover routes, rush deliveries, renewals, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL if applicable).
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong English communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays or absences.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, trainings and other tasks assigned by supervision.
• Solicit new customers and upsell/cross-sell products to ensure profitable mix.
• Maintain accurate route paperwork and ensure timely deliveries.
