Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility to support the Service Department by covering routes, performing service tasks, and delivering superior customer service. The role reports to the District Manager and includes duties such as upselling, route learning, and assisting with rush deliveries and audits.

The position emphasizes customer loyalty, timely deliveries, and accurate paperwork while maintaining professional conduct and safety on the road.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Good time management and ability to work as part of a team.
• Clear spoken and written English; ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; cover routes as needed for holidays, vacations, or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks as directed by supervision.
• Solicit new customers, up-sell/cross-sell all lines of service or product; maintain profitable mix.
• Maintain route paperwork and ensure timely, correct deliveries and inventory control.
