Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes, delivering superior customer service, and upselling our textile and facility services. Reports to the District Manager and contributes to on-time, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and be 21 or older.
• Good driving record with safe driving history.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Clear English communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, and training.
• Solicit new customers and upsell all service lines.
• Maintain route paperwork and timeliness of deliveries.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and inspect it regularly.
• Handle customer payments and manage inventories.
• Return from route and unload textiles; service facility maintenance items.
• Follow procedures and support supervision.
