Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Virginia seeks a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support service routes, upsell and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll cover routes, assist during rush periods, and collaborate with supervision to ensure a profitable service. Reports to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL if applicable.
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes during holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks.
• Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell lines of service.
• Maintain accurate route paperwork and ensure timely deliveries.
• Build customer loyalty and resolve concerns with supervision.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Handle and process customer payments.
• Maintain inventories and service items as needed.
