Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, serving grocery and convenience stores. You will deliver orders, verify orders with store teams, and collect proof of delivery while unloading product and stocking shelves.

Responsibilities include inventory rotation, order placement, and maintaining records with provided tools. You will build relationships with store managers to support sales and national initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance; ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.
• Experience stocking shelves and assisting store teams.

Location: 2448 Mackinwood Dr, Lexington, KY, 40510-1009
Pay: 62,100 per year
Schedule: Will work 5 days per week, ~45 hours per week. Off days fluctuate, will work weekends. 4AM ET - When work is completed

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
