Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route driver to service local stores from Cameron, WI. You will deliver and stock products, check in orders, and maintain records using provided tools.

Expect a physically active role with lifting and daily inventory control on a 5-day workweek. The position offers full-time hours with a competitive annual target pay of $64,000, and the opportunity to build relationships with store managers while supporting national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

Schedule

Working 5 days per week with 2 days off that vary. Work week will be 45+ hours per week spread over 5 days of each week. Working days will change depending on the route being covered for the week. Ex. I am covering route #ABC123 with days off TUE/WED, 2am and 6am (Average 4am). Workdays can vary from 8-12 hours depending on market selling through.
