Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver in Geneva, OH. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders with store teams, unload product, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

You’ll build trusted relationships with store managers, grow sales, execute national and local initiatives, and use provided tools to maintain records. The role offers on-the-job training and a fast-paced environment with physical activity.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Location: 680 Pro Gram Pkwy, Geneva, OH, 44041-1169 Quick Look Pay: $64000 Annual Target Location: 680 Pro Gram Pkwy, Eagle Industrial Park, Geneva OH 44041-1169 Schedule: 5 days on 2 days off, schedule varies each week, 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM
