Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a delivery driver to service local stores in Covington, VA. The role involves driving a PepsiCo truck on a route, delivering and checking in orders, and stocking shelves to ensure product freshness. Training is provided, with early starts and a full-time schedule in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment.

You will develop relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives and maintain inventory accuracy throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Quick Look Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

Location: 1191 Commerce Center Drive, Covington VA 24426

Schedule: 5 days per week, Depends on the route. Average start time 5AM but can be as early as 2 AM depending on route - When Work is complete
