Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver to service Louisville-area stores, ensuring timely deliveries and proper check-in procedures. You’ll operate a PepsiCo truck, unload and stock products, and maintain daily records with provided tools.

As a full-time team member, you’ll build relationships with store managers to support local and national initiatives, rotate stock for freshness, and contribute to a high-energy, out‑on‑the‑go environment.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
