Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Marion, OH for a full-time position with annual pay around $65,000. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to keep products fresh for customers.

On-the-job training is provided, with a high-energy, day-in-a-life atmosphere. Must meet minimum qualifications, including being 21+, holding a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Stock shelves with snacks (Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos) for local stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Schedule: 5 working days and 2 rotating off days weekly, Average daily start time of 4:00 am - When work is complete
