Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver to serve local stores on a PepsiCo route in Bowling Green, KY. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and verify orders, unload products, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for customers.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with store managers, securing displays, and executing national and local initiatives. Training is provided, and the schedule can include varied days to cover business needs.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Annual Target Location: 134 Ambassador Dr, BOWLING GREEN KY 42101-5373

Schedule: RSAs are apart of the relief pool to cover Vacations and LOAs. Must be available to work any day of the week Sunday through Saturday. Days off will rotate, schedule is subject to change based on business need. Set off days once a route is bid on and won., Between 3am and 6am depending on format. Subject to change based on business need. - When work is completed
