Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route delivery driver in Mansfield, OH. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders with store teams, and unload product while stocking shelves.

You will rotate inventory, place orders using provided tools, and build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and support brand initiatives. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
• Bring beloved brands to your community and keep shelves stocked.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute initiatives.
