Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time delivery driver for Springfield, MO. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain records using provided tools. Start times range 5–7 AM, with 8–12 hour days on average.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.

Schedule: 5 days a week., Start times range from 5-7 AM each day. - End times depend on when the work is completed. Expected average is between 8-12 hours days from start of shift.
