Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by delivering superior customer service and by covering routes as needed. The role emphasizes up-selling and cross-selling across all lines of service while maintaining profitable product mix and strong customer relationships.

Primary duties include operating a delivery vehicle safely, handling payments, and assisting with rush deliveries and route coverage for holidays and vacancies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English.
• Good time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits and training as directed by supervision.
• Solicit new customers and upsell/cross-sell across service lines.
• Ensure timely and correct deliveries and maintain route paperwork.
