Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department, cover routes, and provide exceptional customer service. You will assist in deliveries, upsell products, and help maintain accurate route paperwork.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a reliable driving record; English communication is essential. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; CDL when applicable; age 21+.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Excellent customer service and route-sales skills.
• Very good English communications and ability to follow directions.
• Color/size recognition and basic math counting.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; cover routes on holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training, and other tasks.
• Solicit new customers; upsell/cross-sell across all lines of service.
• Maintain customer loyalty and provide outstanding service; build relationships.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and keep vehicle clean and maintained.
• Process customer payments and keep route paperwork current.
• Ensure timely deliveries and proper inventories; service facility items.
• Follow company policies and renew service agreements whenever needed.
• Follow directions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
