Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes and performing service-related tasks while aiming to upsell and deliver excellent customer service. Reports to the District Manager.

The role contributes to on-time deliveries, route coverage during holidays or vacancies, and assisting with rush deliveries, renewals, and audits as directed by supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and 21+ years old.
• Clean driving record with no violations.
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience.
• Strong customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent English communication and time management.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes and counts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays, vacations or other vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks.
• Solicit new customers and upsell across service lines with profitable product mix.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and maintain vehicle cleanliness and paperwork.
