Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in San Antonio, TX seeks a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes, performing service tasks, and up-selling across our lines of service. Reports to the District Manager.

You will operate a delivery vehicle safely, keep route paperwork current, assist in rush deliveries and audits, and build strong customer relationships through superior service and communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Good time management and the ability to work in a team.
• Maintain a valid driver's license; CDL if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays, vacations or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks by supervision.
• Solicit new customers and upsell across all lines of service or product.
• Follow promotions, audits and ensure accurate route paperwork and payments.
