Gunderson's Companies, Inc. in Appleton, WI seeks a Route Manager to run daily route operations and lead a team of Non-CDL drivers. You’ll focus on safety, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring service excellence across the network.

You’ll ride along to evaluate performance, streamline routing, supervise vehicle maintenance, and build strong customer relationships to drive retention and renewals while addressing overdue accounts and service issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in route operations or field service; management experience is a plus.
• Strong customer-focused leadership and clear communication.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
