Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage sales, orders, and merchandising for assigned accounts on pre-set routes. You will collaborate with store personnel, execute promotions, and ensure product presentation aligns with company standards across your account base.

Responsibilities include processing daily orders, rotating stock, placing point-of-sale materials, and maintaining back-room organization.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders to ensure day-to-day success and revenue and gross profit.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, marketing promotions and POS to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product, and handling returns.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves; rotates and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and pricing discussions.
• Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activity and executes duties in a safe working manner.
