Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support a 24/7 operation. You will provide vacation coverage, coordinate with customers, merchandisers, and drivers for order refusals and inventory balance, and help execute promotions to drive sales and profitability.

The role emphasizes hands-on display Merchandising, in-store relations, and timely execution across assigned accounts with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 years of work experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes and maintains back room and inventory flow.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper vendor operation.
