Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is looking for a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage a pre-set route serving University City, NC and surrounding areas. Mileage reimbursement is provided; travel to stores is required on a daily basis with a 5-day work week and weekend rotation.

You will be the subject matter expert for Coca-Cola products, building relationships with retailers, executing promotions, ordering, stocking, and merchandising while maintaining inventory and ensuring brand standards

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.
• Career-minded and highly competitive.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders to support revenue, volume, and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and marketing plans to ensure Right Execution Daily scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Organizes back room by stacking and organizing product by package and flavor; handles returns and damaged goods.
• Creates and distributes POP materials; rotates products and coordinates with vendors and merchandisers.
• Maintains communication with store personnel; follows up on requests and pricing opportunities.
• Identifies competitive issues and markets activities affecting the business and adheres to safe work practices.
