Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model in a 24/7 operation. The role covers route coverage, liaison tasks among customers, merchandisers, and drivers, and coordination of inventory and refusals as needed.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 0-1 year of work experience with a valid driver's license. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to variable environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic problem solving in a retail/service setting.
• Strong communication and time-management skills required.

Responsabilités

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and on shelves.
• Manages daily routes and generates sales orders according to customer delivery frequency.
• Executes promotions and new products per LOS initiatives and marketing plans.
• Maintains back room by organizing products, returning pallets, and clearing damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper display execution.
• Builds and maintains relationships with store personnel; follows up on requests and opportunities.
• Acts as liaison among customer, merchandiser, and driver for route and inventory issues.
