Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Medford, OR is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and manage route districts. The RS reports to the District Manager and helps deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and be 21 years or older.
• Maintain driving record free of chargeable accidents and violations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and route sales.
• Excellent verbal/written communication in English, follow directions and good time management.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Develop a district to be a highly productive team through training and meetings.
• Assist in customer visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, and communicate with customers.
• Lead district with changes, policies, route organization and professional image; collaborate with other departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate company vehicles following laws and policies.
• Support retention, growth, promotions, and customer relationships.
• Upsell, cross-sell and sample lines of service to ensure profitable product mix.
• Perform responsibilities of a RSR at a higher level with managerial perspective.
• Perform Route Relief/Utility RSR duties as needed.
• Follow supervisor instructions and other tasks as directed.
