Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Medford, OR is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and manage route districts under the District Manager. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, supervising RSRs, and driving profitable route growth.

You will lead with strong communication, adapt to changing needs, and ensure safety and adherence to company policies while fostering a productive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and be 21 years or older.
• Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents and violations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent verbal/written English communication, time management and teamwork.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count, add and subtract accurately.
• High School graduation or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a district to be a highly productive team through training, meetings, and daily check-ins.
• Support customer loyalty and outstanding service through visits, audits, and problem solving.
• Lead district in policy communication and professional image, coordinating with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures; evaluate service procedures.
• Perform route responsibilities and safely operate company vehicles as needed.
• Assist in retention, growth, and proper product mix across lines of service.
• When needed, perform duties of a RSR at a higher level and evaluate route performance.
