Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Los Angeles is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and help manage district operations. You will work under the District Manager, developing productive routes, coaching RSRs, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and continual customer relationship growth, with opportunities to up-sell across lines of service and monitor route performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop a productive district through training, meetings, and supervision of RSRs.
• Assist DM to maintain customer loyalty through visits, audits and problem solving.
• Lead district to execute policies and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and SOPs and evaluate service procedures.
• Perform route responsibilities including up-sell and maintaining profitable product mix.
