Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Medford, OR seeks a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and help manage route districts. The role reports to the District Manager and offers benefits such as 401K match, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.

Key duties include developing a productive district through training and regular meetings, visiting customers to ensure loyalty, and upholding safety and SOP policies while working with other departments to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents and violations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; strong time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop a district to be highly productive through training, meetings, and positive leadership.
• Assist District Manager to ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service through visits and problem solving.
• Lead district changes, policies, and professional image; coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate company vehicles and perform route responsibilities as needed.
• Support retention and growth through sales, promotions, and cross-selling.
• Evaluate route and RSR performance; perform duties of a Route Relief/Utility RSR as needed.
• When running a route, upsell, cross-sell, sample lines of service, and monitor profitability.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
