Waste Pro USA Inc. seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate daily routing for residential, commercial and roll-off services, communicating with drivers to balance time, cost and service quality.

You will enter route data, monitor tickets, and keep customers informed while working with the Customer Service and Operations teams.

This on-site role requires reliable multitasking, accuracy, and the ability to react quickly to issues that affect schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Dispatch drivers to calls based on customer needs, locations, and loads.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers; close tickets daily.
• Plan daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate changes to drivers and customers.
• Answer calls from Customer Service and provide route information; coordinate with managers.
