Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Dispatcher who will coordinate drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers. Responsibilities include routing vehicles, assigning loads, updating the daily route schedule, and maintaining route documentation.

You will interact with customers, report performance concerns to management, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Two years of prior experience working as a dispatcher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Route vehicles to maximize productivity and ensure prompt service.
• Assign loads to drivers based on routes and location.
• Prepare, update, and dispense the daily route schedule.
• Maintain route documentation for pickups and driver locations.
• Ensure route completion via driver check-in process.
• Interact with customers courteously and professionally.
• Report driver performance issues to management.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
