Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; post-secondary coursework is a plus.
• 1–2 years in transportation, dispatch or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with common MS Office tools and typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service and handle service changes per policy.
• Dispatch calls to routes based on driver location.
• Perform driver check-ins and data entry.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers via email/phone.
• Assist in determining daily driver staffing levels.
