Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist in Longview, TX to step in on delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will load, deliver, and collect garments and products while ensuring timely, accurate service and strong customer relations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT compliance, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. It offers a Monday–Friday day shift with competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for growth within a global garment services

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• DOT medical certification/physical is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes and provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers, and handle returns.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear communication.
• Resolve customer requests independently and maintain satisfaction.
• Accurately manage invoices and conduct basic route inventory checks.
• Follow safety standards and company policies on the road.
• Collaborate with service and management teams on route installations and rerouting.
