Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist in the Texas area to support delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will load, transport, and unload clean garments and products, ensuring on-time service while maintaining safety and vehicle appearance.

You’ll elevate customer satisfaction through proactive communication and efficient problem solving. The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT compliance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Capable of lifting, carrying and pushing up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver and unload garments and products along established routes.
• Collect used garments for return and ensure timely service.
• Resolve customer requests with proactive problem solving.
• Accurately manage invoices and conduct routine inventory checks.
• Follow safety policies and traffic laws to protect yourself and clients.
• Collaborate with Service and Management Teams on installations and rerouting.
