Job summary

Staples is seeking a Cover Delivery Driver to cover routes and assist with deliveries. You will deliver office supplies, provide excellent customer service, and help resolve issues on the road.

The role requires safety-focused driving, basic use of Office software, and the ability to lift heavy items when needed. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on safety culture and efficient route management.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle up to 400 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a variety of route assignments to cover vacations andabsences at least 50% of the time.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues on delivery.
• Load vehicles when volume requires and organize product for efficient routes.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety inspections.
