Job summary

Staples is seeking a Cover Delivery Driver to support route coverage and maintain high service levels. You will transport office supplies, deliver on your assigned route, and assist with loading when needed. Safety is a priority, with pre-trip inspections and adherence to DOT guidelines.

You will use GPS and POD devices, and interact with customers to resolve issues, representing Staples on wheels. We offer competitive pay, PTO, benefits for full-time, and opportunities to grow within Staples

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical and drug screen may be required.
• Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 70lbs, push/pull up to 400lbs with assistance.
• Basic English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver office supplies on assigned routes and cover for vacations/absences.
• Load vehicles as needed and follow efficient delivery routes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues on delivery.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre-trip inspections.
