Job summary

Staples is seeking a Cover Delivery Driver to support the Staples Supply Chain network. You will deliver office supplies, provide outstanding customer service, and adapt to varying route assignments while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

You will use GPS and POD devices, perform pre-trip checks, and load/unload as needed, ensuring timely deliveries and positive customer experiences on every stop. Competitive pay with safety bonuses, PTO/holidays, and 401(k) plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical and drug screen required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle up to 130 lbs with assistance.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive route assignments to cover vacations/absences at least 50% of the time.
• Deliver office supplies and provide outstanding customer service.
• Load and organize products for delivery and follow the most efficient route.
• Maintain vehicle safety, perform pre-trip inspections, and report maintenance concerns.
