Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking an Account Sales Manager to drive outside sales and manage a route of accounts, increasing product placement and displays in off-premise stores.

You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and displays while ensuring safety and adherence to Red Bull executional standards. The role emphasizes relationship management and achievement of monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in sales, account management and DSD is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of our products at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company accounts.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
• Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Perform outside sales functions.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Evaluate all competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions.
• Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account set up, and other merchandising components.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and proper brand flow.
• Increase inventory and diversity of products at each assigned account and improve in-store branding.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
• Be a major contributor/leader among peer group.
• Maintain the relationship with customer contacts at each assigned account.
