Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Barnesville, OH is seeking a Roustabout for Oil & Gas Field Operations. Earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments and join our water transfer team in Eastern Ohio.

This role covers setup/teardown of containment, generators, piping, and related assets in field conditions. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work 12-hour shifts with overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery when trained (telehandler, skid steer, loaders).
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
