Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Steubenville, OH is seeking experienced Roustabout professionals for oil & gas field operations. Earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly payments.

This full-time role supports our Water Transfer department with setup/teardown of containment, piping, and equipment; operating heavy machinery; and ensuring safety and reliability on site. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork, a valid driver's license, and be willing to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in all weather and travel overnight as needed.
• Equipment operator certification is a plus.
• Pipe fusing experience is a plus.
• 12-hour shifts, days and nights, overtime & weekend availability.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
