Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking experienced Roustabout professionals for Eastern Ohio Water Transfer Operations in Carrollton, OH. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid over four quarterly payments, with 12-hour shifts and overtime possible.

Responsibilities include set-up/tear-down of containment, equipment operation, safety checks, and site support across multiple clients. Join a growing field team and contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel overnight as needed.
• Equipment operator certification is a plus.
• 12-hour shifts, days and nights, overtime and weekend availability.
• Outdoor in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
