Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking experienced Roustabout professionals for its Eastern Ohio Water Transfer operations in Cambridge, OH. This full-time role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments and opportunities to work on-site at various client sites.

You will set up containment, piping, generators and support water transfer and frac site activities, performing field operations with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior roustabout or water transfer experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel overnight and work 12-hour shifts.
• Equipment operator certification a plus.
• Oil & gas experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment and complete safety checklists.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
