Keystone Clearwater Solutions seeks roustabout professionals for its Eastern Ohio Water Transfer Operations in Wheeling, WV. This full-time role includes 12-hour shifts, day and night schedules, and potential travel, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid out in four quarterly payments.

Experienced candidates will set up and tear down containment, piping, and generators, and operate water transfer systems alongside a safety-focused team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior roustabout or water transfer experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel overnight as needed.
• Equipment operator certification a plus.
• Previous pipe fusing experience a plus.
• 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability.
• Outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
