Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Cambridge, OH is seeking experienced Roustabout Professionals to support Eastern Ohio Water Transfer Operations. Earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid out in four quarterly payments.

As a Roustabout, you will set up and tear down containment, generators, piping systems, perform equipment operation and maintenance, and support water transfer and frac site activities. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, outdoors in all weather, with potential overtime and overnight

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel overnight as needed.
• Equipment operator certification a plus.
• Previous pipe fusing experience a plus.
• 12-hour shifts; Days & Nights; overtime & weekend availability.
• Outdoor in all weather conditions.

Mansioni

• Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
